Everyone who joins FDM must first attend an Assessment and Interview Session. Don’t worry, it’s not as daunting as it sounds. It’s simply designed to help you find out whether you are suitable for the FDM Academy and ultimately, an IT career as a Mountie. It gives you the chance to decide on your IT career path with FDM and we can give you instant feedback and guidance on your future IT career.

First hand experience

You will meet other trainees and employees of FDM who can answer any of your questions. You will attend a presentation about our company and the IT training courses, take part in a group session, undergo an aptitude and logic test and have a one-to-one interview. You will also meet some of the trainers and view the training centre, which will give you a feel for what FDM is all about.
