FDM Academy – your route to a career in IT
Are you ready for a big opportunity?
The FDM Academy has helped over 1,500 FDM graduates enter the IT industry and many now hold senior positions in major client companies.
FDM Academy is all about producing polished IT consultants, with the IT skills, soft skills and work experience employers are looking for.
Our unique Academy approach gives you the training you need to take your first step on the IT career ladder and provides you with guaranteed employment as an FDM Mountie for the following two years – working as a paid consultant with our clients all over the world.
Real work could be just three months away
At the end of your training, which normally takes around three months, you graduate from the Academy as an FDM Mountie. We will then find you a suitable job with one of our clients, working as an IT consultant, paid by us. You must work as an FDM Mountie for at least two years. Typically over this period, Mounties work in two or three client companies on different projects, broadening their skill-set and enjoying different work experience.
At the end of two years you are free to leave us, but many FDM Mounties choose to stay and continue to work for us on client projects for many years.
